MaaS & SaaS

Tecom Group is an authorized Qligent^® Vision SaaS and MaaS provider. Software as a Service (SaaS) to staff and operate Vision on a month by month basis or Monitoring as a Service (Maas) to have our experts assist with monitoring and analysis to offset staffing or skill limitations. Both models allow Tecom Group to better align with its customers than with traditional capital purchase case.

Vision’s architecture is quite simple and consists of two main components:

• Aggregation server;
• Probes (monitoring points).

Deployment possibilities:

• Commercial of-the-shelf server hardware;
• Virtual/cloud server or on-premise.



Depending on client preferences, the service levels may vary by the depth of the stream monitored:






Vision enables monitoring of physical layer parameters available from hardware API. The list of the parameters can be flexibly adjusted based on needs with any additional metrics supported by hardware. The remaining 4 layers are all analyzed via software.
