Subtitle Checker

Subtitle Checker is a software solution for quality control of subtitle files.

The application runs as a Windows-service with graphic user interface and provides automatic verification of subtitle files for errors, and conversion of subtitles between different formats.

Key features of Subtitle Checker:

• Ability to read, write and convert between STL, SRT and XIF formats
• Checking of the number of subtitle lines on the screen and symbols in line
• Checking of the number of frames between slides
• Checking for prohibited symbols
• Reading rate analysis (symbols per minute)
• Flexible settings for moving and removing of analyzed subtitle files
• Additional settings for subtitle text formatting: change of background, double-high character, boxing etc.
